Friendly and respectful
OMG Sarah listened to me, explained the processes and after many questions a shoulder injection to help with the osteoarthritis was decided, with a side of physical therapy… she even explained the effect of the injection which by the way is working and was no worse than getting a flu shot. All my concerns were addressed and the best thing… after 6 or so months of putting up with the “pain” I slept and even changed my sheets without having to ask for help. I’d give double the stars if I could.
