Originally from Milwaukee, WI, she completed her undergraduate degree at Marquette University in biomedical engineering. She went on to earn her Master of Science in Health Sciences and Master of Science in Physician Assistant Studies from George Washington University. She has been specializing in total joint reconstruction since 2013 and enjoys the continuity of care she is able to provide for her patients.

Prior to moving to North Carolina, she spent the last 19 years in Alexandria, VA and Annapolis, MD working in orthopedic research and delivering patient care. Outside of clinical medicine, you will find Sarah outdoors gardening, reading, or spending time with her family.
