Sarah was very thorough. She listened as I explained all that I was experiencing and what I had tried to do to remedy the situation… She then examined my ankle before ordering X-rays, and after checking the film’s, she ordered a new better fitting, more supportive brace and sent in a prescription for a cream. Also she recommended a follow up appointment to check on my progress in a few weeks. I was very pleased with how thorough she was and she asked me if I had any questions or concerns at the end! That is very important! I happen to be a Registered Nurse and I always have done that with my families in the NICU at the hospital .
