Very polite & patient with us and answered all our concerns,
Sara was amazing, professional, and very sweet, and I definitely want to be seen by her again
She was friendly, thorough and did a good job of communicating. She gave me confidence in her findings.
She was dismissive and made me feel rushed. Told me nothing was wrong even though I am in a lot of pain. Asked me if it dislocated and when I said I don’t know she looked at me like I was crazy and said that I would know in a very rude tone. I thought it could’ve and maybe popped back into place when I extended my leg when I answered that question, it made me feel like an idiot.
