She took the time to carefully evaluate my condition and clearly considered how my symptoms affect my daily life. When completing important documentation for me, she was thoughtful, thorough, and very careful to ensure everything was accurate and supported by my medical situation. I could tell she genuinely wanted to help while also being responsible and professional in how she approached it. What stood out most to me was her kindness and sincerity. She never made me feel rushed or dismissed, and she showed real empathy for what I’ve been going through.
