I really appreciated Samantha listening to me. When you are in pain and not sure what is going on,it's very comforting to have a provider you're seeing, attentive and wanting to find the best solution or plan. My pain may be more than otho related, and I was realistic in knowing that I wouldnt leave having all the answer's and pain free but Samantha was great in offering different options,and I felt like we had a plan when I left. I would reccomend her to my family and friends.

"Sammie" as she introduced herself did a careful and exacting assessment of my progress towards recovery of a dislocated shoulder. She discussed further treatment options reviewed and offered by Dr. Burris. Especially noteworthy was the discussion about options related to MY GOALS in recovery. Too often I have been dismayed that the decision is primarily or only on "recommended medical practice" which may not comport to my appraisal and/or values. Ms. Peters and Dr. Burris and Pinnacle have provided excellent medical and patient care in my experience. Thanks.
