Felt very dismissive of my problem and left me walking away thinking hearing loss would be permanent. Went to get a second opinion at another ENT and was told I had an infection that could be treated with antibiotics and steroids.

Very nice person. Laughed at my jokes. Was very good at her job and suggested future visits to keep from future ear issues. Would like her next year please.
