Always so professional ! Kind
She left the room without explaining anything. I was shocked to have someone else come in and tell me I was going to get drugs and my visit was over. She said she would be back she was going to see just what she was allowed to treat me for. She didn’t return. I was told she was with another patient. I didn’t understand what was going on and eventually she came back. She said it was standard to give this drug and she couldn’t treat me because of the workman’s comp order. I understand that is fine. She wasn’t authorized to do anything. However this not being explained to me and I just get handed drugs and sent on my way was straight up rude. She wasn’t authorized nice when she returned. I understand she could much more but I was just written off. I didn’t come for drugs. I’ve insisted for the most part to heal naturally. My attitude and opinion of this visit is heighten by being handed drugs. I wanted to refuse them. They will expire before I open the bottle.
Sage was very patient centered. She listed to my concerns and didn't try to rush me. Very easy to talk to.
Very friendly. Answered all my questions My treatment was pain free. Did not feel rushed. Definitely an asset to the office.
