I don’t generally do surveys because I recognize each of us have unique opinions & perceptions. As a retired mental health professional I recognize the importance of respecting individuality. I also understand that even professionals have bad days. However each of us owes it to our patients to leave such days outside the examination room. I believe that includes PAs. So let’s start with point #1 of my experience in on 10/07/2026. Never in my life have I been treated in a doctors office with such blatant disregard. From the beginning of the appointment, it was clear this appointment was more about the PA and his being in charge and less about my needs. By the way my husband accompanied me to this appointment so is witness to what happened. Point #2- prior to the appointment I completed a document according to the offices specifications, plus I copied old records and brought previous MRI discs, if the rest of story is to be told I need additional space.
