Friendly and efficient..

Ryan Tognotti has helped me so much with my shoulders and before that some hip issues as well. This time he gave my cortisone shots in both shoulders and by the next day I was pain free in my shoulders for the first time in MONTHS!!

I’m not sure I understood, nor that I was totally heard about my problem.

Explained what needed to be done to my shoulder, gave me options and consequences if procedure was ignored. Very personable.

Second appointment with him and it was the same as before, a horrible experience. I waited an hour in the room, just to be told the same as first time. He never retrieved my prior surgery notes, LIED about reason why. Did not receive images from prior MRI to compare. Suggested bandaid treatment after i was very clear the first time, i am not there for bandaid treatment. Suggested a second opinion from another doctor in clinic, when there is no point in doing so since they work together. Its biased. His bandaid suggestions are not options for and he would know this is he actually reviewed my file and listened during conversation. If you want thorough, he is definitely NOT the person to see.
