Calming,patience and a bit of humor sprinkled in
I was put in an exam room and waited for 15 minutes . Then when Ryan came in he said I needed an X-ray. I knew I would need one and the time I sat in the room could have been used for an X-ray . Wasted time for both Ryan and myself..
Did a great job. But as of Fri (Aug 1 My thumb is still catching and hurts could I come back in next wk and get another shot. Thank you. Laura Puett
Very polite and informative
Ryan was awesome to work with. Very kind, professional, and caring. I learned I don't do well with getting stitches removed and Ryan was there to assist me and make sure I was okay, staying hydrated and recovering safely. Thank you Ryan!

Ryan McDaniel is a fine knowledgeable professional Physician Assistant working with Dr Sternberg and other qualified staff. He has great “ bedside manner” listens very well, executes his professional remarkely well, keeps on the task at hand, and is open to discussion and patient feedback on the spot!
He was very gentle, and when he gave me my Cortizone shot, it only stung from the medicine. He was very gentle with me. I greatly appreciate him.
He was great! I think he might have been annoyed that I couldn’t remember when I injured my finger, but he was helpful and we have a plan!
