Ryan was very polite. He actually listened to me. Buy with Dr Starnes who said I could go back to work on the 25th to Hartford on my short term disability, but also tod me not to lift more than 1 lb for 2 weeks. I have be able to lift 50 to 100 pounds. I don’t work at a desk. I am a service tech. I repair Dental equipment and have a 40 pound tool box. Now I will probably loose my disability and not get paid

Provided exceptional care and was very informative! I came in with a lot of concern as my issues have been on going for over a year. Though I was aware of some of the exercises and treatment options, I do feel I will see some promising benefits and results. He took so much time with me and was thorough! Repetition is key for patients to truly understand. Even though I am very much aware of the process since my injury has been a year long and still dealing with the pain and discomfort—it helps to be reminded and not get distracted or discouraged

Ryan was great, but I was concerned that I made an appointment with Dr Starnes but was never told beforehand that I would not be seeing the doctor. A bit unsettling. Ryan was patient, willing to explain carefully what was going on and answer any questions. Unrelated to my visit, I am still trying to set up my patient portal (with pleasantly willing help from office staff) but am still not able to view any info. I just get kicked out when I click on anything.

We were in room from 1:45 till till 3:00 before he came in . Told him that I will have to go stay with my brother in Carolton Ga. Or a rehab after 12/01/23. Could he make scoot referral for physical therapy. He said no. Next time I want to see the Dr. wasn’t told I was see PA.
