Excellent doctor, very knowledgeable, informative and answered all my questions.

She was very informative and encouraging to me.

She is very kind, asks very insightful questions, and knows how to listen and explain things patiently.

It would be helpful if the doctor took the time to explain the benefits of preventive care rather than having what feels like a one-sided or surface-level conversation. I did not feel that the doctor made an effort to get to know me as a patient or understand my individual needs. Instead, my appointment felt rushed and impersonal, almost as though patients were being moved along on a conveyor belt. In my opinion, feel my office visits are unproductive and a waste of time. I could have gone to an urgent care facility and received a similar level of care. I specifically requested to see a different doctor because I wanted to give the practice another opportunity and determine whether my experience would be different with another provider. Unfortunately, that request was not honored. This was particularly disappointing because I was willing to give the practice another chance rather than simply seeking care elsewhere.

Had PA Ruth a few times. Very pleasantt, direct with instruction but very efficient.
