Robbie Taliaferro provided one of the best medical office experiences I’ve had. He was fully prepared before I even entered the exam room, which made the visit efficient and stress-free. He took the time to introduce himself, shook my hand when we met, and again when the visit was over, which showed genuine professionalism and respect. The injection itself was excellent. He first administered lidocaine to numb the area and then used the same needle to deliver the hyaluronic acid injection, minimizing discomfort. Throughout the procedure, he was confident, skilled, and reassuring. What impressed me most was the combination of efficiency, technical expertise, and bedside manner. I never felt rushed, and everything was organized and ready to go. Robbie made what could have been an uncomfortable appointment a very positive experience. I would not hesitate to see him again and highly recommend him to others.
