It seemed like she didn’t review my chart prior to my appointment. When I told her what I had been seen for in the past, she contradicted me and questioned if I was sure. The imaging order given was apparently coded incorrectly, so the scheduled procedure was canceled at the time of the appointment to avoid issues with payment by my insurance company. I am disheartened because I feel like I wasn’t listened to or thoroughly evaluated.
