I had an appointment I was running late to by just few minutes but I was just down the road. She said she couldn't see me that day anymore. I was upset, but it was my fault for being late. I understand I need to be respectful of everyone's time, but it's not like she is in the patient's room exactly at the time she needs to be either. My reschedule appointment was at 9:15 the following day. She was in my room until 9:18 or so. Does that mean I should've stepped out? The appointment didn't last like five minutes. Maybe if she could've been ok with me running late by few minutes the day prior, both of us wouldn't have wasted those five minutes.
I had this appointment for a follow up. I just got my lab work and it was just like any blood work requested by my PCP instead of getting bloodwork for autoimmune diseases, which was what this followup appointment was for. Would I have to make another appoinment to get the right blood work order again?
Loved my visit with Mrs. Rana very attentive, informative, and took the time to listen to me. I felt heard, I felt I was informed and felt she was in good communication with Dr K with my care. That means a lot to me.

Rana is a very professional physician assistant who maintains an excellent patient-to-physician communication rapport. I was particularly impressed by how carefully she listens and her ability to explain medical conditions in simple, easy-to-understand terms.

I feel Rana didn't listen to my concerns and was very very rushed. She spent less than 5 minutes with me after being more than 30 minutes late seeing me. Not very happy at all.
