During a 1-yr follow up on my hip replacement, she answered my questions about some symptoms that were off and on painful in my outer hip and groin by identifying a tight IT band in my operative hip and thigh. She examined my outer thigh and advised me to start doing IT stretches to alleviate tightness. She advised that if my groin pain becomes more persistent, I should return for further review. I appreciate her listening to me and providing her advice.

She was very informative, we discussed everything that I tried. We decided to revisit in 3 months to make sure I'll be at my goal weight in order to have surgery.
