Very articulate and thorough.
I was nervous and she was so gentle, especially with the dressing sticking to the wound, when I said its sticking she immediately moisten it, i would have like a litte more dressing on the pin sticking out because it feels vulnerable, but she did cover things so very nicely. Awesome staff
