We were happy to meet Rachel for the first time. Very thorough visit!
First time seeing her, wonderful, explained everything and took time to listen. Along with Dr Bhatt, these two are the best!
Rachel was very relaxed and down-to-earth. She.listened to my ideas, and put me at ease right away. The tech who did my EKG was relaxed and funny, also. The office is very pleasant and a good location, and the office staff was phenomenal. I especially enjoyed conversing with the front desk woman who was from Liverpool and worked on Penny Lane!!! Another pleasant surprise was that they do echocardiograms right there at that office.
Kind and thoughtful. Short wait time. She asked lots of questions and listened to my answers.
