Rachel was very relaxed and down-to-earth. She.listened to my ideas, and put me at ease right away. The tech who did my EKG was relaxed and funny, also. The office is very pleasant and a good location, and the office staff was phenomenal. I especially enjoyed conversing with the front desk woman who was from Liverpool and worked on Penny Lane!!! Another pleasant surprise was that they do echocardiograms right there at that office.
