Rachel A. Coleman, PA-C

Rachel A. Coleman, PA-C, came on board as a provider in September 2009. Many of you may remember Rachel as a Medical Assistant and transcriptionist for 7 years prior to furthering her education. She is now a Certified Physician Assistant and we welcomed her back with open arms!!!

She attended Adams State College in Alamosa, CO for her Undergraduate and completed it here at University of Alaska, Anchorage. She then completed her Physician Assistant Studies at A.T. Still University in Mesa, AZ . Rachel is certified by the National Commission on Certification of Physician Assistants and is a member of the American Academy of Physician Assistants.

Rachel has a special interest in women’s health, diabetes, hyperlipidemia, hypertension and weight loss. She and her husband have lived in Alaska for the past 18 years with their 2 boys and their 2 dogs.
