This is my first visit with this provider and within a few minutes of speaking with me she was able to nail down my overall problem (something I had not considered) and had a plan to move forward toward my goal of improving my health. As an RN, I highly recommend this provider.

Rachel A. Coleman, PA-C, came on board as a provider in September 2009. Many of you may remember Rachel as a Medical Assistant and transcriptionist for 7 years prior to furthering her education. She is now a Certified Physician Assistant and we welcomed her back with open arms!!!
