Rachel Catevenis is a consummate medical professional. She has a calm, unhurried approach that is all too uncommon in today's fast-paced clinical practices. She expresses genuine curiosity about both your medical concerns and you as a person. She takes the time to obtain a thorough history, explains her findings in plain English rather than medical jargon, presents the available options, discusses the benefits and risks of each, and involves you in the decision-making process. She then provides both clear verbal explanations and written instructions outlining the next steps. She is a rare find, and I recommend her without reservation.
