When criticized for not providing treatment path — issue with pain in left arm has been persistently ignored, downplayed, and neither treated nor referred to a specialist after last diagnostics session — provider stated, “if you really want to freak yourself out, look up Subclavian steel syndrome.”
I have a documented anxiety disorder exacerbated by concerns over my health, of which provider is aware.
This type of retaliatory behavior in response to valid criticism is unacceptable.
I do not want to be “freaked out”. I want my issues with ongoing chronic pain to be treated.
Consistently negative experience. Glad that next visit will be with a different provider.
Also, do I have Subclavian steel syndrome? Because I looked it up, and yeah, I do have all of the listed symptoms.
I want to be treated.
Losing the use of my left arm has made life next to impossible to tolerate, and I feel like getting help shouldn’t be this difficult.

My son and I had a wonderful first appointment with Quinn Romeril. He was very thorough and explained everything in a way that we understood. Gave many options and didn’t push medication.
