Kind and clear in his communication

Before Preston even came into the room, I heard him talking negatively to the medical assistant outside of my room. The medical assistant shared with him a “heads up” that I would be complaining about pain and that it’s just caused by my return to work. The medical assistant and Preston talked about the pain I mentioned in my other ligament not being covered by my worker’s comp, but how I was going to ask anyway. They seemed very annoyed to even have to talk to me. Preston came into the room and immediately started over-explaining how when you get back on your feet to work, your body will automatically start to act up. He did not even pretend to care about my pain. He didn’t ask where the pain was located. He did not feel genuine in anything he said and seemed uninterested.

We've been to several doctors and orthopedic doctors over the last year trying to get some kind of proper diagnosis and treatment. Feel more like we're closer to the right answer now. She is also experiencing other orthopedic issues with her elbows, neck, back, etc., besides her knees which are not normal for her age. Thank you for the help with her knee.
