Phuong Tang was very thorough in the teleconference call we had because of my covid situation. She asked many questions and listened intently to all my concerns. She gave me good advise and promised to call the following day with Dr Shindy’s decision on how to proceed which she did. The office then made all the arrangements for diagnostic tests and I feel very well attended to. I’m very grateful for this medical practice.
