Not friendly, not caring, not sympathetic very unconcern with your feelings as to what you’re dealing with the degree of pain you’re in. Render the worst service as if he was dealing with an animal.
When I first saw him I thought he was going to be a young guy that didn't know what he was doing but to my surprise he was fantastic. Knowledgeable, answered every question with precise answers. I give this guy more than five stars. He's going to be a gem in his field and I'm a hard critic
