Paul was great! But truth is this whole office needs a lesson in scheduling and time management. Getting seen two hours after your appointment is unacceptable. It’s unfortunate that educated people like Paul have to work in a facility that makes him look bad.

He was very efficient and provided me with information I needed to feel comfortable moving forward with what I need to do to relieve some of not all of my issues with my back. He also tried to provide a short term relief until the insurance company authorizes the needed procedure(s). To soon to tell how the short term solution will work, but so far it appears to be working.
