Mr Edwards is am exceptional caregiver. So informative and detailed with symptoms to watch out for. Matthew Vu is very fortunate to have him on staff for their urgent care.
It’s never a pleasant visit to the Emergency care but Mr. Paul was every bit of a professional and was personal. Answered all my questions as well as my daughter’s. Outstanding customer service. His medical assistant that checked us in was very sweet as well.
Didn’t rush! Took time to explain everything. He’s very polite and personable. We really like and respect him!
Paul is literally my favorite person to interact with at Matthews vu! He’s always so nice and friendly and finds away to make me and the kiddos laugh every time we’ve seen him and we’re usually “dying sick” after ive dragged me and my family through every sess pool lol

He was excellent in helping me understand my issue, & treated me without hesitation, though I had walked with glass in my foot for a week. I required a specialist now to remove deeply buried shards of glass & prevent further damage & infection. Dr. Edward was gentle, kind & empathetic as he provided treatment, then arranged an appt with Dr. Cotter with after visit instructions to insure my care was complete.
