I feel that she is kinda mean when speaking to my daughter and my daughter feels the same way she could b a little nicer.

Needs improvement on people skills. Honestly thinking about taking my grandkids to someone else. I took my kids there and always loved the doctors there. Things have changed a lot since then.

Patricia was training someone. The proper equipment needed wasn’t available. They pulled a surgical bandage off with no adhesive remover and hurt him so much he vomited. She then tried to touch his two day old open wound on his neck with no gloves and without washing or sanitizing her hands.
