Helpful and nice but used the word “retarded” multiple times. You just have to be careful!! I’m sure she’s a good person but that is an offensive word and inappropriate to use around patients.
Pat Wilson is awesome! She helped me so much with questions and issues I had within the first week after my surgery. She also gave me useful and reassuring practical advice at my two week visit. She is a joy to talk with and is making my recovery easier!
