Easy to talk with, explained what she seeing on xrays well, listened (without rushing me). All around a great experience despite the pain I was experiencing.

She was very friendly & had a very welcoming tone in her voice upon entering the room. She was very knowledgeable of my past visits & was very interested in helping me feel better & by suggesting several ways for me to handle my lower back pain issues. She also took time explaining what was on the X-Rays so I could understand. I felt like she really did care about my health.

From 2001 to 2004 Pam worked in Family Practice and then returned to Raleigh Orthopaedic in 2004 where she assists Raleigh Orthopaedic Urgent Care.
