She was very friendly & had a very welcoming tone in her voice upon entering the room. She was very knowledgeable of my past visits & was very interested in helping me feel better & by suggesting several ways for me to handle my lower back pain issues. She also took time explaining what was on the X-Rays so I could understand. I felt like she really did care about my health.
