Technically proficient but lacked people skills
Always very professional.
An amazing team of health professionals
She was very through. She had me get Xrays of both my knees and my pelvis. She informed me of the results and asked me if I wanted a cortisone shot which I did.
She answer all my questions well and directly corrected misconceptions I had, very gently. I did not feel rushed.

Olivia listened to all I said and answered all questions I had. I much appreciated when I mentioned I had a hearing problem, she moved her chair closer to me. That is not always the response I receive. She was thorough in letting me know what I needed to do before my next appointment.
