Nice provider but spent an entire day calling the office for med refills because she kept putting the wrong order in and it ended up being a massive hassle with 8 hours of calling CVS, the office, and the insurance company all because the script wasn't being written correctly. She wrote for 8mg tabs of Zaniflex and they don't make them and then called in capsules instead of tabs and the cost difference was $34 vs $288 vs $4000.00 and she should know these things in pain management

I felt like she wasn’t prepared to discuss my issue. It seemed as if she was reviewing my MRI as she was reading it to me. She did not instill confidence for me in her recommendations.
