I was so disappointed to find out that I would not be able to receive any thing that would help with my pain, knees or back. And it would be sometime till I would be able to get any thing for pain . I still had 1 TRAMADOL pill left. My pain was really bad. Then I forgot to do the urine test. She is very sweet, but no help. It was just so disappointing.

She is not good at communicating what is happening next! She did not remember to talk about resuming medication that I had on hold.
