We had a telehealth call which came exactly on time. He is a good listener and acted promptly on setting up my next appointment.

I felt very rushed. The feedback was very minimal and short of helpful. I’m not sure if it’s because he’s a PA, not an MD, but the guidance is lacking. For this reason alone, I don’t think I’ll be back. However, I want to stress that he is very nice, professional and courteous. I am just not pleased with the level of care.
