Just had a shot in both shoulders. It’s getting better by the day. Dr Keegan and his team were caring and respectful. We came to the conclusion that injecting was preferable to surgery. All in all, I couldn’t be more pleased with the outcome

Busy and didn’t seem to wish to connect and felt I was just procedural. I’m sure he is busy, but cutting people off after significant trauma should have a space when seeking care.

K is great. We were very impressed. He was friendly and knowledgeable. My only complaint is that we seemed to spend a lot of time with a student and then were rushed through the part of the appt when we got to actually interact with NK. We called later to get our questions answered and they were very accommodating in getting us answers right away. So all good!:D

Noah did a pretty good job, only improvement would be to assume the patient is totally unfamiliar with medical terminology and help explain the optional procedures a little better. He did a great job answering questions.
