Ms. Hannon was very attentive to my anecdotal progress report. Her prescribed exercise routine has diminished my pain levels substantially. Also, her assisstant Christine, who met me initially, was very attentive and empathetic. Wonderful patient/care giver behaviour by both Staff members.
Nikki was so sweet and considerate. She listened to every complaint and comment I had, then gave me positive feedback about what was happening and what we could do about it. I felt great the same night after seeing her.
Nikki was very through, caring and took her time to listen, review all my imaging and take updated X-rays. Although my hip has problems I don’t need surgery thank God, but therapy and referral to a back surgeon it is.
