I love Nicole. Such a compassionate and professional young lady. Recently my family suffered a tragic loss of my brother in-law. I have been seeing Nicole for awhile now. She knew something was off cause even in pain I try to be bright and cheerful. She asked if I was ok. I was desperately trying to hold back the tears that were fixen to spill out. I told her what happen and I was doing my best to hold our tiny family together as we navigate life without my brother-in-law. I know it is hard on people in the medical field with the is it ok to give a hug. Lord knew I needed one and so did Nicole.The energy I felt was very healing.(I am a empath)Giving me that much needed little charge to my soul and heart to continue to try and glue the family back together. When someone finds a doctor they really love and to have a physician Assistant that cares about the person as a whole and not the injury. It’s one heck of a beautiful partnership! THANK YOU! PS. My family is doing better

The attention and time Nicole spends is excellent and she’s very knowledgeable, helpful and sincere. The front office staff is not friendly. They don’t let you know if they are running behind, which consistently happens. You’re always required to arrive 15 minutes early, only to wait up to 45 minutes from that point - waiting for the pot to boil. Always grumpy, from arrival and check out (always eating, too).

Nicole injected my knee with a jell for pain, her skill is unprecedent in the placement of the injection, very little pain in the procedure!!

Nicole has my complete trust in treating me for my knee problems and other medical needs as they arise.

Although I was put in an exam room and waited 59 minutes for anyone to stick there head in to explain the reason for the excessive wait, it was a productive visit. PA Carol is pleasant and a great PA but patient concern seems to be lacking by the staff at times. All said I have utilized this Medical office and hospital numerous times and will in the future. Dr. Langermam is the Best.

Dismissed my concerns I had with my knee. Couldn't wait to get me out of the office. I asked why our home care nurse question/ concern ref:: my knee was not answered by your office. Her response was those concerns are not passed down to the PAs or Dr so she couldn't tell me why your office did not respond.
