When I scheduled my appointment, I was told my insurance was accepted. After being seen, I was informed they actually did not accept it, leaving me responsible for $180 out of pocket. This should have been verified before my appointment. I called and left a message for the supervisor on Monday and still have not received a call back. Very unprofessional and frustrating, especially when I made sure to confirm my insurance beforehand. Extremely disappointed with the lack of communication and customer service.
