He was very personalable. I liked him a lot.
Visited PVHC’s Urgent Care with a painful UTI. I was checked in within 5 minutes and in an exam room less than ten minutes later. I provided a urine sample and within 10 mins Nicholas Chiang PA came in to discuss my symptoms. He had read my health history showing prior visits with the same problem, had the results of the quick test done on my urine, and even told me that he would be prescribing the same meds that I received in October of previous year to resolve the problem. I was impressed that he had reviewed my records from previous visits in such a short amount of time, but this level of efficiency got me in and out of a busy urgent care in about a half hour. My prescription was waiting for me when I left the office and I was able to start medications with an hour of driving myself to the doctor. Welcome relief! Nicholas was friendly, caring and professional. I definitely appreciate his thoroughness in treating me!
