We had some miscommunication issues in our first few appointments, but once she was made aware of the issues, she was extremely generous with her time and went above and beyond to ensure concerns were addressed and we had a mutually agreed upon plan going forward with a check-in and the opportunity for ongoing digital communication.
Dr. Tran was very thorough, knowledgeable and has a great bedside manner. The office staff is also very pleasant and professional. Great practice.
