Very pleasant and knowledgeable.
Very tentative and understanding. She doesn’t rush you and let you talk
She doesn’t seem informed on me as a patient or any new advances/ meds. She seems clueless. It is also impossible to get through to talk to someone at Gastroenterology Associates of Rochester. They keep blaming “short staffed.” It’s been like this for years. Very aggravating.
