What a cold fish! No empathy. Doesn’t offer constructive alternatives unless you ask about them. I really wanted to see Dr Fehm but I had to see Nate first.

Nate is my go to PA at Excel. He always sees me when I need to be seen. He is on time and so knowledgeable! I am very confident in him. Great personality too! Great guy!

I did t care for his personality! I don’t feel he was listening to what I had to say. It was very quick and not thorough

Mr. Connors seems capable and intelligent, but did not smile once and did not address the overall plan for my recovery based on several factors, only one of which was the MRI for spine issues that we reviewed

He seemed very confident that my injury would likely heal in a few weeks but didn’t give me a lot of information on how I should be treating my injury so it doesn’t get worse or if I should be stretching or doing exercises, which I’ve read on multiple sources that it is critical to do certain exercises every day in order to promote healing.
