The reviews listed below were collected independently of Proliance Orthopaedics & Sports Medicine through rater8. Each review represents an authentic and verified patient experience.
I came in for a follow-up and left feeling frustrated, dismissed, and with no answers. The PA did not appear prepared for the appointment, and did not provide clear answers to the concerns I came in with or a path forward. What I found particularly inappropriate were the comments made about my doctor and his initial write-up regarding my injury. I felt the comments were unprofessional and completely unnecessary. Regardless of any disagreement with another provider’s assessment or documentation, I do not think it is appropriate to discuss it with a patient. The appointment left me feeling like my concerns were not taken seriously, and I ultimately walked out without any answers. That was incredibly frustrating, especially during a follow-up appointment where I expected to leave with a better understanding of my situation and next steps. I feel as though I paid to be told exactly what I already knew - I have an injury…

I appreciated the time Nathan took to explain details about my injury. And, I very much appreciated his expertise in trying to realign my broken bone. His kindness and explanations during the procedure made the experience much better than I expected.
