Saw Nathan today for a post-op visit. Nathan is congenial and professional. He answered all my questions and made recommendations for moving forward. Nathan listens attentively and communicates well. As a former health care professional, I can sincerely give Nathan a big thumbs up!
He was great!
Nate was wonderful. He had the unfortunate job of delivering some bad news to my son, and he did it so well. I was very impressed with how he spoke with my son directly and not just to me as the parent. It is rare when a medical professional treats a child as important as an adult in the room and Nate did exactly that as did the rest of the staff there. Thank you for being patient with us and answering all of our questions in such a warm way. We appreciate you. You made a tough day a little less difficult for my son, and I am grateful.
