I’ve been a patient of Nana’s for years. She is very attentive to my concerns, but isn’t passive in treatment; I genuinely feel like she cares about my health.

My adult, special needs daughter had an initial consultation with Nama Amponsah, PA-C at Coastal Carolina Neuropsychiatric Center. During the visit, Annette experienced a meltdown, and the entire care team handled the situation with compassion, professionalism, and calmness from start to finish. Ms.
Amponsah was able to witness the episode firsthand, and she helped calm Annette down in such a caring and reassuring way.
Because she was able to see what was happening in real time, she was able to make thoughtful adjustments to Annette's medications. That meant a lot to me as a parent and caregiver.
I was extremely impressed with Ms. Amponsah and her staff.
Everyone treated us with patience, dignity, and kindness during a very stressful moment.
I truly feel hopeful and encouraged starting this
journey with her, and I'm looking forward to a very positive experience moving forward.
