I just called office to complain. Did not introduce herself to me. She doesn’t speak loud enough and when appt was over she got up and walked out. This is a place where patients come for help. I’ve been coming here for 10-15 ??? Years now and since Dr Cusi retired I’ve had several NPs and maybe a Dr I don’t remember. No stability at all. I would hate to think if I was a new patient this office would make me want to leave. Only thing consistent is the Co Pay. At this point I’m just frustrated with the whole connection. Really I just go for the medicine prescriptions.

She listens and understands my concerns. She provides the care I need and makes sure I'm getting the care I need elsewhere as well. She's kind and nonjudgmental.
