Listen, Erica is excellent, I don’t know if she is fully staffed(especially on multiple provider days) but she is somehow sharp, constantly ahead of schedule , calling pts back on her own and constantly providing point of service care more promptly than most orthos (even in yalls practice)… constancy of care is a brand. Thank you..
