Monica was absolutely amazing. I went in for hip pain that’s especially aggravated when I sit — not ideal with a 16-hour flight coming up in two days. From the moment I walked in, everything felt calm and well-coordinated. She truly listened to every concern I had and took the time to explain everything clearly. With my travel plans right around the corner, she was able to get me scheduled the very next day to address the pain, which I appreciated so much. Her medical assistant was incredibly kind and efficient while documenting everything and helping coordinate care. The X-ray technician was also very nice and super quick, which made the process smooth and stress-free. The entire team was professional, friendly, and efficient. I couldn’t be happier with my experience. My only regret is not seeing her sooner instead of putting it off. Highly recommend!
