Very nice and professional young man!
The doctor was excellent in his work. The nursing staff knows her work and was cordial and helpful. However, one of the receptionists requires more training on proper communication and approach to patients. The patients at the emergency room are there because they hurt and should not be treated with nasty attitude. New patients intake need to be conducted with proper approach and by the receptionist explaining the procedures to the intake and not presuming that they must know it. Thanks Peter Okwu.
