I went in for blood in my urine and an after care from the urgent care I went to. Michelle placed an order for me to get a scan to see if I was passing a kidney stone or something else was going on and an order to see a urologist. I called Health Images the next day to see if I could get in because I was hurting bad took the day off work and they said they never got the Oder at health images. I called the office and the girl I talked to said she would let them know the orders were not put in. I called the next day to Health Images and again they never got the orders. I called the office again and was told the orders did get done and she was not very nice about it😓. When you’re hurting and don’t know what’s going on with you I would expect someone there in the office to follow up what went wrong. Not very good patient service in my option. Still today 17 Aug 2026 not a word. I went in to see Michelle on 12Aug26. Disappointed with the after care like I don’t matter. O

I really liked Dr. Murphy. She reminds me of Dr. Stoudt. She is easy to talk to and is very thorough.
