Efficient, kind, and professional
The telemetry was great. Ms Scott was through in her questions concerning my previous procedure. She answered all my questions. She also wrote a prescription & referral for me. There was some initial audio problem that was quickly resolved.
Michala did a nice job explaining my x-rays and what is causing my issues. She explained well my options. She has great bedside manners and was very pleasant.
