Great at explaining & educating to a non medical person.
Michala spent a lot of time with us explaining what testing and possible treatment plans may be needed for the future. We felt very informed and she was very kind.
This seems to be a caring & interested person who fills in many details & explanations to patients' questions . She helped me understand a lot about the process of ablation.
She was great. She explained things thoroughly. And explained what the next steps would be and set up appts for the hand dr to go over the ENG and what the next steps would be. She answered all our questions that we had. And also set up my appt with Dr Thomson for August. She was fantastic spent time with us explaining things and didn’t feel rushed.
