Michael was amazing! Personable well dressed for Christmas. Also extremely professional and well informed. My first
experience at R.O. and I was beyond impressed by everyone in the Practice. Now I fully understand the stellar reputation.

My experience with this provider was horrific. I was told by the receptionist the PA said there was nothing they can do for me they read my chart notes and Dr. Saitia said there was nothing he could do for me and referred me to pain management. My reply, yes that is correct for my Neck, I am here today for a horrible deep ache down the back of my right leg. I have never been here or had this pain in my life. I was then told by the very nice receptionist that she was sorry the PA said he won’t see me there is nothing they can do.
This was the worst customer service I have ever encountered and I work in the Healthcare system for the last 20 years and have been able to partner with numerous healthcare providers.
I do not recommend this practice as this was not the first time I have experienced this type of treatment with this practice!
