He is above and beyond caring. He is so sweet and kind. So worth the drive.
Michael was very personable and professional.
Asked me about a situation that happened and while explaining to him he rudely interrupted me and got very defensive saying i was being aggressive. I said I’m sorry you feel that way I’m literally explaining to you what you asked for. Then after that continued to have attitude and be rude
He listened to me. Gave intelligent explanations about my disease that I could understand without talking down to me. Thumbs up!
