Michael has received many honors and awards including the United States Student Ambassador Award and the Appalachian Trail Through Hiker Award. He has also been a member of the Gamma Beta Phi Society.
Michael maintains memberships with the American Academy of Physician Assistants, the Colorado Academy of Physician Assistants and the Appalachian Trail Conference.
Michael is certified with the National Commission on Certification of Physician Assistants and with the Drug Enforcement Agency. He is also certified in Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support and Basic Cardiovascular Life Support.

First impression’s are very important to me especially in health care matters. Michael immediately made me feel comfortable in discussing my medical concerns. It was very easy to get down to the many issues I have with adding an additional procedure to my upcoming imaging of my heart. Overall, I liked how Michael answered all my questions. Thanks Michael!

Michael is an answer for what all doctors should be. He actually took the time to listen to me full on without burying his attention to his notepad. He was familiar with my health situation and gave me several ideas to improve some of my issues. Truly a breath of fresh air !
